My number one rule to hairstyling over my career is, to know your hair as much as yourself. Are you Curly, Frizzy, or a Straight hair gal or gent.? Once you Feel your hair texture i.e Coarse, Medium or Fine, you will be on your way to appropriately choose the products that will complement your hair. Trust me, I had my days of purchasing the wrong products and thinking on giving up, but not to worry. I will break down the next steps for you based on your hair type to focus more on summer with these simple styles for the beach fun.

Straight Hair Needs Help

Let's get into the Natural beach waves without heat. Most of us on vacation don't have the time to be blow-drying our hair. Remember we want this easy and quick.

The feeling of lifeless hair sometimes kills the mood. No volume, Bounce, Doesn't hold Curls? Does that sound like you? I got you covered. Wash your Hair with your recommended Shampoo and Conditioner in the Essentials line for best results. Using my favorites, LOVE CURL or MOMO providing the most moisture and texture needed. Flip that hair over and upside down, and scrunch with a microfiber towel for best results. Start from the roots, get a good pump of the MI Volume Boosting Mousse and work it through your scalp. Continue with Love Curl Primer and Love Curl Cream you will bring some memory back into your hair. For extra assistance for very straight hair that needs texture using the MI Sea Salt Spray will be your best friend! After the day has gone by and you need a pick me up use the Love Revitalizer Spray to bring it back any curls or waves to life. Finally, for the curly head gals it can be challenging to find the products, routine and style to rock the beach look without feeling out of control. The name of the game is to Calm and relax your curls. Start with using one of the flowing shampoo and conditioner. for the curliest or frizziest hair i recommend LOVE SMOOTH as your go to curl relaxing shampoo without weighing it down. Oi or MOMO for my controlled medium wavy to medium curly girls can be just as effective for you too. Make sure to use Love Smooth Hair Mask or Oi Hair Butter for extra anti frizz protection. Follow with a hair comb in the Shower. Flip your head upside down, towel dry with the microfiber towel. 

Depending on your level of curl i want to start with my most curly girls, stay with the Love Smooth line up. After your mask. My go to would be the MI Curl Moisturizing Mousse. For adding a hydrating and defining boost to curls. This helps curls maintain their bounce and structure. There are a Lot of options but these products are formulated for specific needs. As we go down the curl structure We have are medium curly, wavy hair gals. Us girls have body, we usually have a medium to fine hair density.We don't need too much texture as we can get frizzy.
